I'm from out of town and needed a quick oil change. I found Expert Care online and chose it because of the reviews. They don't make appointments for oil changes so I made sure I was the first person on Saturday to be able to get them to fit me in. I arrived and was greeted pleasantly by Shawn. He got me in and I only waited 30 minutes for the change. During my wait every employee that walked into the area greeted me. I also realized that the next 3 customers after me were all long term clients that keep coming back due to the service they receive. That made me feel like I really chose a great shop and that I wasn't going to be taken advantage of. My oil change was $30 and I know across the street it advertises $19.99, but the service and friendliness in that shop would make me return with no hesitations.
